Formerly incarcerated reentry programs: A 90-Day path to healing & stability
FROM EXPERIENCES offers a 90-day program that combines therapy, group sessions, and safe housing to support formally incarcerated individuals transitioning mentally back into the community.
This Community Orientation and Reentry Program is designed to help participants rebuild stability through structure, accountability, emotional support, and healthy community connection. Many individuals returning from incarceration face challenges related to trust, emotional regulation, relationships, and adjusting to life outside of correctional environments. Our approach focuses on helping participants navigate these transitions in a safe and supportive setting while developing practical coping skills that encourage long-term personal growth and stability.
Your 90-Day Prison & Post Incarceration Support Programs
Our prison reentry programs are designed to support the mental, emotional, and personal challenges that often follow incarceration. Each service within the program works together to help participants establish routines, strengthen decision-making skills, improve emotional awareness, and build healthier relationships. Through therapy, peer support, accountability, and structured guidance, participants receive post incarceration support focused on helping them move forward with greater confidence and purpose. Successful reintegration often requires more than temporary housing or basic supervision. Many individuals benefit from consistent emotional support, structure, counseling, and healthy community interaction during the transition process. Our prison reentry programs are designed to provide post incarceration support that helps participants rebuild confidence, strengthen emotional resilience, and develop a healthier foundation for long-term stability and personal growth.
designed for empowerment
Our reentry program focuses on healing & stability for formerly incarcerated individuals
The FROM EXPERIENCES curriculum helps participants heal from the effects of childhood trauma, depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress, substance use, and other life challenges. Through guided education, therapy, and peer support, individuals learn healthy coping skills, emotional awareness, and resilience. Each module encourages personal reflection and growth, empowering participants to rebuild trust, restore self-worth, and create a purposeful path forward.
A stable environment is often one of the most important components of successful reentry. Our Safe House helps participants transition from incarceration into a more supportive and community-oriented setting where healing and personal growth can take place. As part of our Community Orientation And Reentry Program, participants are encouraged to practice communication, responsibility, cooperation, and healthy daily routines that can support long-term reintegration into society.

Why post incarceration support & reentry programs matter
We welcome individuals who are ready to make meaningful changes in their lives and are committed to personal growth, healing, and reintegration. While our program primarily serves voluntary participants seeking support, we also recognize that some individuals may be referred through the court system, probation, or parole. In these cases, participation in FROM EXPERIENCES’ group and individual counseling may fulfill mandated treatment requirements. Each applicant is considered individually to ensure that their goals and motivations align with the purpose of our program — to support true personal transformation. Designed as an Alternative to Revocation (ATR), FROM EXPERIENCES helps participants rebuild stability, prevent recidivism, and create lasting change through mental wellness and community connection.
We’re here to support individuals as they heal, rediscover their value, and step back into their communities ready to thrive.
