Individual & Group Therapy for Ex-Offenders
Our team connects participants to licensed professionals who can guide them through processing past trauma, including childhood trauma, arrested development, and PTSD, to help them recognize patterns and make lasting change.

Working With Therapists
The World Health Organization defines mental health as “a state of well-being in which an individual realizes his or her own abilities, can cope with normal stresses of life, can work productively, and is able to make a contribution to his or her community.”
At FROM EXPERIENCES, we understand that mental health is vital at every stage of life and must be actively nurtured. When mental illness goes untreated, people often withdraw and isolate from loved ones, which only deepens suffering. Historically, those struggling with mental illness were segregated away from society — a practice we aim to reverse by bringing compassion, understanding, and evidence-based care to our participants.
Every participant’s path to healing is unique. Many individuals reentering society hold a negative view of counseling, but we believe that with the right therapist and approach, therapy can be transformative. Our team connects participants to licensed professionals who can guide them through processing past trauma, including childhood trauma, arrested development, and PTSD, to help them recognize patterns and make lasting change.
